3. Intellectual Property

3.3 AI-Generated Content

For content generated by Manus in response to your prompts, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time of your subscription. All payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

MANUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Manus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
