Position Overview

Join the Manus AI customer success team to help our clients achieve maximum value from our AI platform. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our enterprise clients and ensure they succeed with AI Manus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Manus AI enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and value realization
  • Identify opportunities for expanded use of AI Manus within client organizations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and success planning sessions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to customer needs
  • Experience with SaaS or AI products is a plus
